Byblos AI Production Foundation Don’t build the groundwork. Build what’s next.

The Byblos AI Production Foundation is a one-time codebase purchase, sold by request. Three repositories built to documented engineering practices: a strict TypeScript web app, AWS infrastructure as code and an optional FastAPI backend. They arrive in your GitHub with their tests, CI pipelines and agent briefs, and one person holds the licence for their own projects.

Business code and infrastructure code are separated on purpose, so each can change and deploy on its own. The backend repository is optional: use it for logic that has to run on its own infrastructure. Your AWS account, credentials and running costs stay yours.

03 / Engineering practices

Built to documentedengineering practices.

Starting from scratch, a team designs, tests and deploys these systems before its first unique feature. The Foundation starts with them in place, under the rules below, so engineering time goes to what makes your product different.

  • TypeScript strict mode

The web application compiles with strict type checking.

  • One-way module boundaries

Shared tiers import in one direction and product modules never import each other. An ESLint rule fails the lint gate on a violation.

  • One data layer

Database access lives in store modules in one data directory, not in pages or components.

  • Three test layers

200+ automated suites across Jest, Playwright and pytest.

  • Two-tier RBAC

Platform roles plus per-project team roles.

  • Encrypted secrets and tokens

OAuth tokens, personal access tokens and payment credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

  • Signed storage URLs

Files in Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3 are served through signed URLs.

  • Verified payment webhooks

Stripe and Revolut webhooks are signature-verified before a plan activates.

  • Infrastructure as code

AWS is defined in Pulumi (Python) in its own repository, apart from the business code, with separate environments.

  • CI gates on every pull request

Typecheck, lint, formatting, dependency audit and test jobs. CodeQL code-quality findings have a documented triage path.

  • Branch and dependency policy

A documented branch and pull request flow, with Dependabot updates opened against the integration branch.

  • Decisions and agents in the repo

Architecture decision records, runbooks and 100+ agent and skill briefs, checked in beside the code.

06 / FAQ

Good questions.Clear answers.

Know what you are getting, and what stays yours.

What exactly is delivered?

Three repositories in your GitHub: a Next.js 16 web application in strict TypeScript, Pulumi infrastructure as code for AWS, and an optional FastAPI backend. They come with their test suites, CI pipelines, architecture decision records, runbooks, and agent and skill briefs. Includes 3 months of Byblos AI Pro.

Who is it for?

Founders and startup teams starting a product who want the groundwork in place: sign-in, roles, payments, admin, AI building blocks and AWS infrastructure. It also suits a CTO or technical co-founder who would rather spend engineering time on what makes the product different. The licence covers one person, for their own projects.

Can I buy it today?

Not by instant checkout. The Production Foundation is sold by request: send your request from this page, our team contacts you about approval, and checkout opens only once your request is approved. It is a one-time purchase of $5,900, not a subscription, and AWS, AI provider and other third-party costs stay separate.

Is it ready for production use?

It is built to the practices on this page: strict typing, enforced module boundaries, automated tests and CI quality gates in every repository, with AWS defined as infrastructure as code. What you build on it, and your product’s own QA, security review, compliance and go-live decisions, remain yours.

Are AWS and third-party service costs included?

No. Your AWS account, hosting, AI provider usage, GitHub and Claude subscriptions, payment provider fees and other third-party services are paid separately. The infrastructure code deploys to your own AWS account, so its credentials and running costs stay yours. You set up the Pulumi stacks, environments, secrets and providers after delivery.

What does the licence cover?

One developer licence for your own projects, with perpetual rights to use, modify and deploy, plus 12 months of updates and security patches. Available by request.

Start your product on the Foundation.

Spend your earliest engineering budget on the product that makes you different, not on rebuilding the same infrastructure.
